We are aware of a post on Reddit regarding a security breach on OPS. Please rest assured that there is no need for concern. Since you are using a seedbox, only your seedbox's IP and ports are exposed, not your personal information. Additionally, all the information gathered is already public, as your IP and ports are visible when you connect to a peer.
If you'd still like to take action, here are your options:
You can request that we destroy your current seedbox and create a new one. Please note that this will result in the loss of all your data.
You can change the ports of your torrent applications. To do this, navigate to the advanced section at the bottom of your dashboard, where you'll find a list of available ports and the apps using them. If there are unused apps, you can assign their ports to your torrent clients (e.g., using the ZNC port for Deluge). For ruTorrent, access the FTP, right-click on .rtorrent.rc, update the port number, save the file, and restart the seedbox.
